How to book a taxi on WhatsApp
To book a taxi on WhatsApp in Madrid, tap the WhatsApp button on this page: it opens a chat with us. Write where you are leaving from, which terminal you are going to (or which flight you are arriving on), the day, the time and how many of you there are. We reply with the fixed price for your area and confirmation of your booking. It works for journeys between Madrid-Barajas Airport and any district of Madrid or town in the Madrid region, in both directions.
You do not need to install any app or sign up: you use the WhatsApp you already have on your phone. If you would rather see the price and confirm yourself, the booking form on this page does the same in three steps.

What to write in your message
The more complete your first message, the fewer questions we will need to ask. These are the details we need:
- Pickup address with the street number, or your location shared from WhatsApp.
- Destination: the terminal (T1, T2, T3 or T4) or, if you are coming back, the address you are going to.
- Day and time you want the taxi to come.
- Number of passengers and suitcases, and whether you need a child seat (with the child's age).
- Flight number if we are picking you up at the airport.
- Name of the person travelling, if it is not you.
Example for going to the airport
Hello, I need a taxi on Friday at 5:30 from (street name and number), in Hortaleza, to T4. There are 3 of us with 3 suitcases and I will pay the driver by card.
Example for coming back from the airport
Hello, I am arriving on Sunday at 22:10 on flight (flight number). I need a taxi to (address), in Vallecas. We are 2 adults and a 3-year-old child: can you bring a child seat?

When it is better to call than to write
WhatsApp is convenient, but a message has to be read and answered. If you need a taxi with less than 2 hours' notice, or you are already out and in a hurry to catch your flight, call 911 76 00 81: we sort it out during the call. For everything else (bookings several days ahead, early-morning departures, questions about luggage) WhatsApp is the most practical option. The service runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Price and payment for a taxi booked on WhatsApp
The price does not change because you book on WhatsApp: it is the fixed fare for your area, the same there and back. From inside the M-30 it is €33; for other areas we will tell you in the chat, or you can check the airport fares by area. You normally pay the driver, by card or in cash. If you would rather pay online in advance, make your booking through the web form, which lets you pay by card through Redsys.
If there are five or more of you, or you have lots of luggage, ask us for a large 7-seater taxi in the same message.
