How airport pickup works
A Madrid airport pickup means booking in advance the taxi that will take you from Barajas to your destination. When you book, you give us the date, your expected arrival time and your flight number; with that we check which terminal you land at, whether T1, T2, T3 or T4, and confirm the meeting point. The price is the fixed fare for your area and the service runs 24 hours a day.
It is the most relaxed way to come back from a trip: you do not depend on the queue at the rank, you know in advance how much you will pay and, if there are several of you or you have children, the vehicle has already been chosen with you in mind.

Book before you travel
Use the booking tool on this page, the phone or WhatsApp. Give your destination, the date, your arrival time, the flight number, the passengers and the suitcases.

When you get off the plane, switch on your phone, go to the baggage carousel and head to the agreed meeting point.

The driver takes you to your address in Madrid or elsewhere in the region. You pay the fixed fare, unless you already paid online when booking.

Pickup at each Barajas terminal
The airport has two main areas: terminals T1, T2 and T3, which form a single group of buildings, and T4, a separate building with its satellite, T4S. That is why it is important to know which one you are landing at before you go out into the arrivals area.
T1, T2 and T3
If you arrive at any of these terminals, follow the exit signs after collecting your luggage. The meeting point we confirm corresponds to your specific terminal.
T4 and T4S
If your plane lands at the T4S satellite, you will first reach the main T4 building and exit from there, which adds some time before you can leave. If you do not know which terminal your airline uses, see which Barajas terminal you need or simply give us your flight number.
On flights from outside the Schengen area there is passport control on arrival; bear this in mind and message us if you think it will take you longer than usual to get out.

Delays and flight changes
Arrival times change often, and that is what the flight number you give us when booking is for. Even so, the surest way for the pickup to work out is for you to let us know as soon as you know there is a change: by phone on 911 76 00 81 or on WhatsApp, where you can send us the new time in writing without waiting to be attended to.
If you land in the early hours, you do not need to do anything different: the service runs at any time and your area's fare is the same by day as by night.

Pickup price and payment
Coming back from the airport costs the same as going: each area has a fixed fare, with no meter and regardless of the traffic leaving Barajas. For inside the M-30, for example, the fare is €33, so a return to a hotel in central Madrid has a clear price from the start. All the other areas are on our fares page.
