Embajadores, Lavapiés and El Rastro
Embajadores is the administrative neighbourhood of the Centro district that takes in Lavapiés and El Rastro. It is an area of slopes, narrow streets and lively local life, with long-standing residents, students, people of many nationalities and travellers renting apartments. When it is time to go to the airport, dragging your suitcase down sloping streets to a main road to look for a taxi is not a good idea.
We pick you up wherever you are: Plaza de Lavapiés and the area around the Teatro Valle-Inclán, Calle Argumosa, Calle Embajadores with the Mercado de San Fernando and La Tabacalera, Ronda de Valencia next to La Casa Encendida, Tirso de Molina or the Embajadores metro and Cercanías (commuter rail) exits. If your street is pedestrianised or very narrow, we will suggest a nearby spot when you book.
Rastro Sundays
On Sunday mornings, the Rastro flea market takes over Ribera de Curtidores and the surrounding streets, and the area fills with people. If your flight leaves on a Sunday, book in good time and tell us where you are staying: we will find a pickup point the car can reach without any trouble.

Embajadores is inside the M-30, so the journey is charged at the inside-the-M-30 fare: €33 to any terminal. No meter is used and the amount does not vary with traffic. When you book you can pay online by card, through the secure Redsys gateway, or leave it until the end of the journey.
If there are five or more of you, or you are travelling with lots of luggage, a 7-seater taxi is your best option. And if you are travelling with young children, request a child seat when you book, stating their age.
