Ambite is the last village of the Madrid region in the Tajuña valley, right on the border with the province of Guadalajara. That position, at the far end of the valley, makes public transport to the airport impractical: a pre-booked taxi picks you up at your door and drops you at the terminal with no changes.
The way to the airport
The usual route runs down the valley, past Orusco de Tajuña and the villages of the river plain, until it joins the A-3 towards Madrid. Depending on the time, the driver may choose a different combination of roads; as the price is fixed, that does not change what you pay.
