The way to the airport
The taxi heads down from Cercedilla towards Collado Villalba to join the A-6 and continue to Barajas along the ring roads. In winter, with snow or ice in the mountains, allow a little more margin in your pickup time; the fare does not change even if the journey takes longer.

Coming up from the airport to Cercedilla
When you land, the last thing you feel like doing is combining train and bus to the mountains.
