Lozoya – airport: what you need to know
The taxi from Lozoya to Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport has a fixed price of €120.80 to any of its four terminals. That amount does not move even if there is a jam coming into Madrid, it is the same at five in the morning as at five in the afternoon, and it also applies if you make the journey the other way round, from the airport to the village.

Which way to go from Lozoya to Barajas
The natural route is down the valley road (M-604) to join the A-1 and then along the northern motorway towards Madrid and the airport. The other road out of Lozoya, over the Navafría pass, leads into the province of Segovia, so it is not the one used to get to Barajas. In any case, the route is up to the driver depending on road conditions, and that does not alter the price.

Lozoya is the starting point for many walks through the valley and the slopes around it, and in summer it fills up with families returning to their village houses.
